Unsecured loans often only allow for lower loan amounts than those allowed for secured loans. For some people this is inconvenient, but those who need a small amount in a short period of time may find unsecured loans to be a very convenient finance option. It all depends on what you will be using the loan for. For example, unsecured loans to finance a holiday can be a good idea as they may be taken out quickly to take advantage of travel deals.
